Our Core Principles
-

Nutrition
Eat whole, nutrient dense, effectively caloric food that minimizes your toxic load. Avoid GMOs, seed oils, and added sugar as much as you can.
-

Movement
Movement significantly impacts longevity and quality of life; encourage as much movement throughout the day as is possible. Sports and gyms are fantastic supplements to an active lifestyle, but will not substitute the value of ordinary movement.
-

Community
Humans are meant to be not only active, but social creatures. Community is an essential component of developing empathetic, versatile, principled children. This begins at home by having a loving, involved family unit.
-

Purpose
Each child is unique, with their own special talents and strengths. A healthy body and mind will greatly assist them on their journey to finding and achieving their purpose.
